OUR HISTORY
JN Mousellis Civil Contractors was founded in 2000 by Peter Mousellis, a qualified Plumber and Drainer, and his father John, who migrated to Darwin from Greece in the early 1960s.
John started his career in the Darwin building industry with an air-compressor and backhoe, working on projects such as Royal Darwin Hospital and new housing developments in the Northern Suburbs. After Cyclone Tracey, John worked tirelessly to rebuild Darwin by digging footings and sewer trenches for over 600 houses.
He also expanded his expertise to installing new sewer lines and pump stations in Darwin and remote areas of the Northern Territory.
Today, under the guidance of Peter Mousellis, JN Mousellis Civil Contractors has a team of sixteen staff and a fleet of over forty plant. The company specialises in Civil and Hydraulic services across the Northern Territory drawing on its rich local experience from a legacy of civil works.
JN Mousellis is a close knit business to work with, as evidenced by the long tenure of its staff.
